SEAT BELT REMOVAL / INSTALLATION
CAUTION
Do not attempt to service the seat belt components. If
seat belt service is required, replace the complete seat
belt assembly.
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the seat assembly.
2. Remove engine compartment panel.
3. Remove left side seat panel.
4. Remove the fastener

attaching the seat belt to the
ROPS tube. Discard lock nut.
5. Remove the fastener
w
attaching the seat belt base
to the chassis. Discard lock nut.
6. Remove the seat belt from the vehicle.
Seat Belt Installation
1. Install the seat belt base using new lock nut. Torque
nut to specification.
TORQUE
Seat Belt Base Fastener:
42 ft-lbs (57 Nm)
2. Install the seat belt on the ROPS tube using a new
lock nut. Torque nut to specification.
TORQUE
Seat Belt ROPS Fastener:
42 ft-lbs (57 Nm)
3. Reinstall left side seat panel.
4. Reinstall engine compartment panel.
5. Reinstall seat assembly.
