Air Box Installation Procedure
1. Install the air box bottom assembly back into the
engine compartment.
2. Reinstall the two screws
w
securing the air box.
Torque to specification.
TORQUE
Air Box Fastener:
8 ft-lbs (11 Nm)
3. Reinstall the three screws
q
fastening the front of the
cargo box..
4. Reinstall the four screws inside the cargo box.
5. Reinstall the air box cover. Verify the cover tabs
engage the air box. Lock the clamps to secure the
cover.
6. Reposition the gear clamps to secure the intake
hoses onto the air box. Tighten gear clamps to
specification.
TORQUE
Air Intake Hose Gear Clamps:
35 in-lbs (4 Nm)
7. Reinstall the maintenance panel in the rear storage
box.
