2.1 Assembly of Positioning
Device, Lifting Carriage and
Perspex Tank
NOTE
You can use the supplied tools to assemble the
Perspex tank.
Use only the supplied stainless steel screws to
attach the different components (e.g., the arms of
the moving mechanism).
All components must be of the same connection
system (e.g. BNT).
• Place the positioning device on the lifting car-
riage or on a suitable support (e.g. table, car-
riage).
• Align the positioning device on the lifting car-
riage.
• Now remove the safety mechanism.
• Place the Perspex tank on the positioning de-
vice. Check that the angle for A-axis is located
at the long side of the positioning device with
two feet.
• Secure the Perspex tank on the positioning de-
vice, using the four M6x16 screws and the four
6.4 washers.
