4 Installation Check
Before starting the MP3 system, please check the
following points carefully:
− Are the connectors of the control cable
(T43164/K1) and of the motor cable
(T43164/K2) between TBA CONTROL UNIT and
junction box (T41013.1.100) at the Perspex tank
properly connected on both sides?
− Are the motor cables of the moving mechanism
connected to the correct sockets at the junction
box?
− Is the interface cable (T22373/K67 or L178012)
between TBA CONTROL UNIT and PC con-
nected on both sides?
− Is the TANDEM connected to the TBA
CONTROL UNIT (signal cable T10006.1.002)?
− Is the TBA CONTROL PENDANT connected to
the junction box (or to the TBA CONTROL
UNIT)?
− Are the measuring detector and the reference
detector properly connected to the TANDEM?
− Is the Perspex tank connected to the water
tank?
− Are the water reservoir, the lifting carriage and
the TBA CONTROL UNIT connected to mains
with their power cords?
− For TPR measurements:
Are the liquid level switch and the water reser-
voir connected to the junction box?
