Ticket Analysis
syscli --show ticketanalysis --ticketnum <ticketnum>
This CLI command allows the admin user to show the service ticket analysis.
Showing the Service
Ticket Details
syscli --show ticketdetail --ticketnum <ticketnum>
This CLI command allows the user to show the service ticket details.
Closing All Service
Tickets
syscli --closeall ticket [--sure]
This CLI command allows the admin user to close all existing service tickets.
Analyzer CLI Commands

Analyzing the Network syscli --analyze network --ipaddress <ipaddress>
This CLI command allows the admin user to perform a network analysis of this
system with another system. NetServer should be enabled on the other system
specified in the ‘ipaddress’ options using the --set netserver command.
