3.9 Safety instructions during assembly and
operation

Safety references regarding assembly, operation and maintenance:
• Attention should be paid to safety references within these
operating instructions.
• The inspection door must not be opened during operation or
in the event of an explosion hazard.
• Do not operate the flap without its stopper (screwed to the
inside of the inspection lid), otherwise the maximum
admissible opening angle could be exceeded.

Measures to be
taken following
an explosion
In the event of an explosion, the system must be shut down immediately!
Following an explosion, check the housing to see if it is deformed and whether it
can be operated safely. The unit must be cleaned and repaired and the flap blade
and pipe connection must be replaced (this work must be performed by trained
personnel only, either by REMBE
®
or the supplier).
The suspension of the inlet isolation device should also be inspected.
