6 Assembly and commissioning
6.1 Installation location requirements
Requirements at the installation location
•
Consider space and statical requirements such as load capacity of
ceilings, etc. at the intended installation location.
•
Temperatures at the installation location of the inlet isolation
device should not fall below 14°F (-10°C) and not exceed 140°F
(60 °C).
•
Q-FlapCompact II/Plus is certified for pull/flow applications. The
inlet isolation device should be installed in the following order (in
flow direction):
Inlet isolation device
- filter
(container) - fan.
