5 Transport and storage prior
to commissioning
5.1 Transport
Transport with pallet The inlet isolation device is - depending on the size – shrink-wrapped and
shipped on a pallet:
•
Immediately following delivery, please check the unit for possible
shipping damage.
•
Remove the unit with a forklift, pushing the forks into the designated
openings.
•
Transport the inlet isolation device on the pallet to the intended location.
•
Remove the wrapping and unfasten the strapping.
5.2 Storage prior to commissioning
The inlet isolation device should be stored in a dry, condensation-free place.
Should suitable storage not be possible, all uncoated parts should be safely
wrapped/protected.
