7 Operation
Examination prior to
system start up Complete a visual inspection prior to each system start-up. Please note the following
issues:
•
Is ductwork tightly connected?
•
Check if the inspection door is tightly closed
•
Check if a malfunction message is indicated on the monitoring panel
Operation of the
inlet isolation valve
During normal system operation, no manual intervention or monitoring panel
intervention at the inlet isolation device is required. Operation and monitoring
will occur automatically via the external switch and monitoring panel (see
separate monitoring panel operating and maintenance instructions). The
monitoring panel should be designed according to the conditions as
described in Section 4.4 Monitoring panel requirements
