Paper Near-end Detection
When the paper supply in the tray becomes low, the actuator [B] on the paper lift
shaft enters the near-end sensor [A]. This occurs when about 50 sheets are
remaining in the tray. At the same time, the paper end LED is lit green.
Paper Feed
The paper feed motor [A] and the feed clutch [B] turn on, causing the pick-up roller
[C] to turn. The paper is then guided by the paper feed roller [D], which is driven by
the paper feed motor.
