Possible Cause:
• Use of a non-recommended type of paper.
• Incorrect positioning of the paper guides and/or end fence in the paper cassette.
• The separation pad is out of position.
Action:
1. Check whether a correct type of paper is being used.
2. Check that the paper guides and the end fence are set correctly.
