The lens home position sensor’s output remains HIGH (actuated) for 10
seconds after the unit leaves the home position.
- Possible Causes -

Defective lens home position sensor
•
Defective lens drive motor
•
Defective main control board
•
Defective lens drive mechanism
CODE #40 — OPTICS THERMISTOR ERROR
-Definition-
The optics thermistor is open.
- Possible Cause -
•
Defective optics thermistor
•
Defective main control board
•
CN121 on the main control board is not correctly connected.
CODE #42 — HIGH VOLTAGE LEAKAGE
- Definition -
The high voltage supply board detects the leakage and sends the leak
signal to the main control board for more than 1 second.
- Possible Causes -
•
Transfer charge unit
•
High voltage supply board
•
Main control board (CN102-1)
