Remove the Head Cleaning JIG from the platen.
Remove the cleaning pad from the Head Cleaning JIG.
Discard the used cleaning pads-do not reuse them.
Clean the Head Cleaning JIG using a cloth.
Attach the platen and platen frame to the platen base.
