Unlocking the carriage
If the carriage is in the maintenance cap position and cannot be moved by operating the touch panel,
the carriage must be unlocked manually and moved by hand.
Guide to parts
1. Mark A
2. Mark B
3. Unlock knob (in the recessed area)
Insert the screwdriver to unlock the knob.
Align the screwdriver with the cross on the surface of the unlocking knob.
IMPORTANT! Never use the screwdriver for any places other than those specified in this manual.
When using a screwdriver, be careful not to damage or break any cables or parts. If
you have any questions or concerns about this operation, do not force it to continue.
