In this case, a value that horizontal lines align exists somewhere in between “+6” and “+14”.
After passing the value, the horizontal lines begin to be misaligned in the opposite direction
as getting closer to “+14”.
By referring to the alignment of the lines, decide a value between “+6” and “+14” as an
appropriate adjustment value.
After entering the value, press [ALIGN] and reprint the pattern.
Repeat the process until the pattern print shows 0 or close to 0 as the best result
as described above.
NOTE - If it is difficult to make a judgment based on the pattern shown above, the actual image is printed
for judgment as shown in the figure below.
・If the image is printed with black horizontal stripes, set the adjustment value in the + direction.
・If white horizontal stripes occur when the image is printed, set the adjustment value in the -
direction.
・If black horizontal stripes or white horizontal stripes still occur when printing an actual image after
adjustment, increase or decrease the adjustment value by 1 more and adjust it again.
・Repeat the "Feed Amount Adjustment" until the black and white horizontal stripes are eliminated.
