NOTE – Please allow up to 28 mins (approx.) for the system to flush the ink out and full the white
lines with cleaning solution.
After completion of cleaner charging operation
After the cleaner charging operation is completed, the unit enters the 【4-color only (White Auto
Cleaning: ON)】 state.
This mode is recommended for use when you plan to print using white ink again.
The status is indicated in the following status screen menu.
[Features of this mode]
・To maintain the nozzle quality of the white print head, the printer should always be turned on and
“Ready”. Prevent nozzle clogging of the white print head by automatically performing white print head
cleaning using the cleaning solution in the installed cleaning cartridge.
・Since the cleaning solution in the cleaning cartridge is consumed periodically, the cleaning
cartridge must be replaced according to its duration. When the remaining amount in the cleaning
cartridge is low, a new cleaning cartridge should be prepared. (Color printing and white head
cleaning will stop when the remaining amount falls below 1%.
・Print data containing white cannot be printed due to an error.
・When performing cleaner charging for storing or moving the printer, etc., white and color should be
cleaned at the same time.
