❷ Do the standard bolt-installation (SBI) of the motor gearbox on the applicable mounng plate
or an alternave.
Minimum Screw-in depth (SID)
• For the ghtening torque of the used xing bolts a minimum screw-in depth (SID) is necessary.
Refer to the illustraons (Standard Bolt-Installaons [SBI]) that follow.
• Possibly xing bolts with more length are necessary if a larger sheet thickness is used!
• Tighten the bolts crosswise and gradually with the correct ghtening torque (Nm).
Standard Bolt-installations (SBI)
Make sure that the drive unit is installed in a stable condion. The
structure must have sucient strength for the applied forces.
Make sure that easy access to the cover of the RW motor-gearbox is
possible for all work.
Installaon OUTDOORS of RW motor-gearboxes is only permied
with PROTECTION from RAIN (protecon covers or such) at a
minimum temperature of 0 °C. Problems with moisture and/or the IP
protecon rang (if applicable) must be prevented.
