Resume function
When power to the VA-12 is turned on, the measurement screen appears. The
settings active at this point are the same as were selected before the unit was
last turned off (resume function).
For details on settings covered by the resume function, see the “Setting items”
section on page 117. The store address indication and measurement data of
FFT mode are not included in the resume function.
Note
When power to the VA-12 is turned on while an
SD card is inserted in the unit, and if one or more
setup les are present on the card, the setup le load
function (see below) will take precedence over the
resume function.
Loading a setup le at startup
When power to the VA-12 is turned on while an SD card is present, containing
one or more setup les (special type of le in a speci ed folder: SETUP folder
of folder structure on page 126), a dialog window asking the user whether to
load stored settings appears.
Selecting [Yes] at this dialog window will load the settings stored in the
selected le (setup le load function).
Selecting [No] at this dialog window will cause the resume function to
re-establish the same settings as before the last time the unit was turned off.
For details about utilizing setup les at startup, see the “Using setup les”
