Note: the default channel name is also listed in the table. If the specified name for a new channel already
exists, the default name, extended by a sequential number, is used for the new channel.
INSTrument:REName <ChannelName1>, <ChannelName2>
This command renames a measurement channel.
Parameters:
<ChannelName1> String containing the name of the channel you want to rename.
<ChannelName2> String containing the new channel name.
Note that you can not assign an existing channel name to a new
channel; this will cause an error.
Example:
INST:REN 'Spectrum2','Spectrum3'
Renames the channel with the name 'Spectrum2' to 'Spectrum3'.
INSTrument[:SELect] <ChannelType>
Selects the channel type for the current channel.

Parameters:
<ChannelType> ADEMod
Analog Demodulation application, R&S FSW–K7
SYSTem:PRESet:CHANnel[:EXECute]
This command restores the default instrument settings in the current channel.
Use INST:SEL to select the channel.
Example:
INST 'Spectrum2'
Selects the channel for "Spectrum2".
SYST:PRES:CHAN:EXEC
Restores the factory default settings to the "Spectrum2" channel.
