Why won't my Sabo 52-S A motor start?
- MMichael LynchAug 2, 2025
If your Sabo Lawn Mower's motor won't start, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the switch holder is correctly positioned by pressing it onto the upper part of the bar D. Next, check the fuel tank and refill it with clean, fresh fuel if empty. A loose spark plug connector can also prevent the engine from starting, so ensure it's securely in place or have it inspected by a professional. Additionally, a faulty, dirty, or worn spark plug can be the culprit; try replacing or cleaning it, setting the electrode distance to 0.7 mm. Finally, a soiled air filter can cause starting issues, so clean or replace the air filter insert. If the spark plug is wet due to too much petrol feed, have it checked by an authorised workshop.
