# FIELD Notes
1 ACTIVATE ELECTRONIC
JOURNAL
Select Y to activate the electronic journal.
2 DISP E.J. BUFF FULL
WARNING
Select Y to display a warning message when
the electronic journal is full.
3 E.J. OVERRIDE ON BUFF
FULL?
Select Y to allow operations to continue when
the electronic journal is full. Only the most
current transactions will be maintained as
memory allows.
4 SEND TO ELECTRONIC
JOURNAL:
For each type of function or transaction listed,
select Y or N to determine it will be recorded
in the electronic journal.
x CASH TRANSACTIONS
x CHECK TRANSACTIONS
x MISC TENDER TRANSACTIONS
x TRANSACTIONS WITH %
x RECD ACCT & PAID OUT
x RETURN TRANSACTIONS
x TRANSACTIONS WITH ERR CORR&VOID

x TRANSACTIONS WITH NEGATIVE ITEMS**

**Regardless of other settings, will send only transactions

5 SEND TO DETAIL:

the appropriate detail/journal printer.
