Time Activated Shifts
Shift time programming determines the times of day financial totals are accumulated for the
Shift Report.

1. Select SHIFTS from
the TIME
ACTIVATED
FUNCTIONS MENU
to display the SHIFT
TIME
PROGRAMMING
screen.
2. The cursor displays in
the Descriptor field
for Shift 1. Enter a
new descriptor, if
necessary and press
ENTER.
3. The cursor moves to
the Start Time field
for Shift 1. The
default start time is
00:00, if necessary,
enter a new time and
press ENTER.
4. Continue to set
descriptors and start
times for each of 4
possible shifts.
Enter a start time of
99:99 to inactivate a
shift.
5. Press ESC at any
point to exit the
SHIFT TIME
PROGRAMMING
screen.
