6.4 Moving the Device to the Installation Site
Procedure
t Release the 2 locking brakes on the castors.
t
WARNING Risk of injury while moving the device! When moving the
device ensure that no personnel or objects are in the way. Wear personal
protective equipment.
t CAUTION The connection cables pose a trip hazard! While moving
the device pay attention to where the connecting cable is.
t Roll the device to the intended installation site.
t CAUTION Risk of injury due to uncontrolled rolling away of the
device! Place it on a level surface and secure the brakes. Wear personal
protective equipment.
6.5 Connecting the Connection Cable for
Remote Operation
If the device is to be used in remote operation: A connection cable for
remote operation must be connected.
Procedure
t Check whether the remote control and the connection cable for the
remote control are suitable for operation of the device (see Chapter
“15.6 Remote Operation”, page 59).
t Connect the connection cable for remote operation to the “REMOTE”
connection.
t Connect the other end of the remote operation connection cable to the
external control (connection, see guide for remote control).
