8 Operation
8.1 Setting Up Process Data Acquisition for USB
Mass Storage
The process data from the mixing process can be saved on a USB mass
storage device (USB stick). The process data are saved in a text file. The text
file can be exported and statistically evaluated, e.g. in Excel.
The following process data are included in the text file:
− Error messages or warning messages
− Speed (recorded in 1 minute intervals)
− Start and end of the mixing process
− Maximum stored values: 10.000
Procedure
t Connect a USB stick to the “USB” port.
y The process data is recorded as soon as a mixing process is started.
8.2 Selecting the Operating Mode
Requirements
If the program menu is access-restricted: The personal user profile has the
user group “Users” user group, the personal password is known.
Procedure
t Switch on the device.
t Select the desired operating mode in the program menu. To do this,
press the button of the operating mode, e.g. the [Mixing with recipe]
button.
t If the login dialog is shown: Log-in to the device.
y The process step routine is launched. The necessary working steps are
displayed one after the other.
8.3 Selecting the Recipe (Only “Mixing with
recipe” Operating Mode)
Procedure
t In the list of recipes (1), hold down the [Previous recipe] or [Next recipe]
button until the desired recipe is displayed.
t Check the recipe settings.
t If necessary: Adjust the recipe, (seeChapter “8.9 Carrying Out the
Mixing Process”, page 44).
t To move onwards in the process step routine: Press the [Next display]
button (2).
