Operation
Procedure
t Check the position of the motor in the “Couple motor” display.
The positioning bars must be in the lowest position.
t If the positioning bars are not in the lowest position: Click on the [Lower]
button and hold it down. This causes the motor and the associated
components to be lowered to the starting position.
t Click on the [Raise] button and hold it down.
y The device connects itself with the Palletank
®
for Mixing and the impeller
in the mixing bag. During this process the distance sensor, the alignment
pins, and the motor rise and the device emits acoustic signals.
8.7 Filling the Mixing Bag
Requirements
The [Fill bag] display is shown in the operating display.
Procedure
t Fill the mixing bag (see instructions for the Palletank
®
for Mixing).
t To confirm the process: Press the [Next display] button.
8.8 Set the Mixing Speed and Duration (Only
“Manual mixing” or “Remote mixing”
Operating Mode)
Requirements
The user guide shows the “mixing process” display.
Procedure
t If the device is operated in the “Manual mixing” operating mode: Specify
the desired value for the mixing speed and duration (for setting options,
see Chapter “7.6.1 Parameters in the Program Menu”, page 38).
t If the device is operated in the “Remote mixing” operating mode: Set the
desired value for the mixing speed and duration on the remote control
unit (see the remote control unit instructions).
