8.4 Installing the Mixing Bag in the Palletank
®
for Mixing
Requirements
The [Install Palletank] display is shown in the operating display.
WARNING
Danger of crushing due to magnetic forces!
High magnetic forces exist between the motor of the device and the
impeller in the mixing bag.
t Observe the information in the operating display of the device. The
device’s user guide displays the required work steps for installing the
mixing bag and the impeller one after the other.
t The mixing bag must only be installed in the Palletank
®
for Mixing when
the device motor is decoupled from the Palletank
®
for Mixing (motor
inserted).
Procedure
t Insert the mixing bag into the Palletank
®
for Mixing (see instructions for
the Palletank
®
for Mixing).
t Confirm the process. To do so, press the [Next display] button.
y The [Magnetic shield] display appears in the user guide.
t On the underside of the Palletank
®
for Mixing, remove the magnetic
protective cap from the impeller.
t Confirm the process. To do so, press the [Next display] button.
8.5 Inserting the Device under the Palletank
®
for Mixing
Requirements
− The Palletank
®
for Mixing is ready for operation.
− The [Dock Palletank] display is shown in the operating display.
CAUTION
Risk of crushing due to moving parts!
When raising the device under the Palletank
®
for Mixing, the device’s guide
rollers glide over the guide rails of the Palletank
®
for Mixing.
t Do not reach into the area between the guide rollers and guide rails of
the Palletank
®
for Mixing.
t Ensure that there are no people in the operating area of the device who
can reach between the guide rollers and guide rails.
