10 Malfunctions
10.1 Warning Messages
Warning Message Malfunction (Info) Cause Solution Chapter,

Mixing motor
position]
[The measured
position has
changed more than
2mm from the initial
position]
During the mixing
process, the
distance sensor
measures a signal
that deviates from
the output signal by
more than 2 mm.
Check whether the impeller is
moving correctly and freely
(visual check in Palletank
®
for
mixing).
If required: Check the coupling
of the device.

Cart-in-place
sensor]
[No cart-in-place
sensor signal]
During the mixing
process, the
Palletank
®
recognition sensor
loses the signal.
Check the coupling of the
device.

The motor has
reached the end
position and cannot
recognize the
impeller.
Stop the mixing process.
Decouple the device from the
impeller and Palletank

mixing.
