2 Operating Instructions
System Settings
Procedure
t If password protection is activated: log in with the admin password.
t Open the main menu.
t Open the “Settings” sub-menu.
t Open the “Reminder” menu option.
t Select and confirm the reminder type, e.g. calibration.
t Set the reminder functions one after the other:
t Set the date of the last calibration.
t If necessary: define the date of the next calibration and apply.
t If necessary: define the interval until the next calibration and apply.
t If necessary: activate the snooze function and set the number of days.
t When all desired reminder functions have been set: press the [SAVE]
softkey.
y All settings are saved and the reminder function is activated.
y The display returns to the “Setttings” sub-menu.
7.6.1 Deactivating Reminders
t If password protection is activated: log in with the admin password.
t Open the main menu.
t Open the “Settings” sub-menu.
t Open the “Reminder” menu option.
t Select and confirm the reminder type.
t To deactivate a reminder function: set to [OFF] and skip to the next pa-
rameter.
t When the desired reminder functions have been deactivated: press the
[SAVE] softkey.
y All settings are saved and the reminder function is deactivated.
y The display returns to the “Settings” sub-menu.
