Command Structure:

a: Error Correction Level L: 7%, M: 15%, Q: 25%, H: 30%
bb: Cell size 01 - 32 dots/cell
c: Connection Mode 0 = Normal, 1 = Nonnection
(The parameter for "ee", "ff", & "gg" will be used with "1"
if the file is split into several blocks as independent
symbol).
ee: Total Connection Number 01 - 16
ff: Connection Number for each symbol encoded as an in-
dependent one 01 - 16.
gg: Connection Mode Parity Data 00 - FF hex
