Non-SEW cables not explicitly recommended by SEW‑EURODRIVE must meet at
least the requirements of the following standards and have been permitted according
to these standards:
• IEC 60309
• IEC 61984

Observe the following points for electrical installation:
• Observe the general safety notes.
• Comply with all instructions referring to the technical data and the permissible con-
ditions where the unit is operated.
6.3.2 Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)

units can cause EMC interference within the permitted limit range ac-
cording to EN 61800-3.
