BEFORE USING THE MACHINEâ–ºPERIPHERAL DEVICES
PUNCH MODULE (MX-PN16B)
The punch module can be installed on a finisher or saddle stitch finisher to punch holes in paper to be output.
DISCARDING PUNCH WASTE
Punch waste from punched holes is collected in the punch waste box.
Follow the operation procedure to replace punch waste.
A finisher or saddle stitch finisher is required to install the punch module.

Open the front cover.

Pull out the punch waste box and
discard the punch waste.

Replace the punch waste box.
If the punch waste box is not replaced properly, printing will
not be possible to use the punch function.
