Caution:
• Make sure to connect the speakers after unplugging the DVD player and the sub-
woofer/amplifier unit.
• Insert the speaker plug fully with the rising side facing to the left.
• Hold the speaker plug when removing it from the subwoofer/amplifier unit. Pulling
the cord may cause malfunction to the subwoofer/amplifier unit.
• Do not mistake the

and

and right and left terminals of the speaker cords. (The
right speaker is placed on the right when you face the system. See page 16.)
• Never short-circuit the speaker cords. If the
speaker cords are short-circuited, the protec-
tion circuit is activated and the system enters
the stand-by mode.
In
such a case, check that
the cords are properly connected before turn-
ing the power on again.
• Only the supplied speakers should be used with this product.
• Do not stand or sit on the speakers. You may be injured.
Binding cords:
Tie the cords connected to the subwoofer/amplifier unit with a cord holder.
- Connecting the satellite speakers
Insert the speaker plugs into the subwoofer/amplifier unit according to the color coding.
Connect the speaker cords to the satellite speakers first and then to the sub-
woofer/amplifier unit.
Center speaker
• All satellite speakers provide the same performance.
Their positions can be exchanged with one another.
