Measure the distance between each speaker and the listening position, and set
the speaker delay.
In
the left illustration, the front speakers, the
center speaker, and the subwoofer are posi-
tioned at 10 feet (3.3
m),
and the surround
speakers are at 12 feet
(4
m)
from the listen-
ing position.

Note:
The recommended size
is
set for the supplied speakers. See the upper table
on
page
42 for other speakers.
Caution:
To set the speaker size, set the sound mode to "STANDARD".

Speaker delay setting
When some of the speakers are at a different distance from the listening point, you
can select the speaker delay to make it seem as though the speaker distances are
the same.

page 42 for the adjustable range.
