ton.

the surround or stereo mode:
While the disc is playing, press the STEREO/SUR-

Each time you press the button, the display switches
between IISURROUND

Changing the sound mode
Notes:
The sound mode is changed to IISTANDARD
II
by pressing the DYNAMIC SOUND
button while
in
the stereo or surround mode.
When the DOLBY DIGITAL or DTS indicator is lit, you cannot select the surround
mode.
Some discs are recorded at 96kHz of sampling frequency. When this type of disc
is played, the sound mode is changed to IISTEREO
II
automatically. The sound
mode cannot be changed during its playback.
