Device too cold (internal tempera-
ture <– 15 °C: Wait for warm-up
phase and turn supply voltage off
and back on. Use device with
heating if required).
Device too hot (internal tempe-
rature > 80 °C: Cool off device).
Effect: Measured value output is set to "0".

- bus communication was
active,
- there was no visual contact
with the reflector.
- Remove bus cable.
- Check light path.

by mist, dust, etc.
Ensure clear light path.
Lens or reflector contaminated. Clean optical surfaces.
Movement too fast. Check maximum movement
speed.
Light path to reflector
interrupted.
Ensure that the light spot is
visible on the reflector at all
times when moving.
Effect: Measured value output is set to "0", PLB display lights up.
