13.7.5 Change of State Mode
In Change-of-State-Mode (COS/Delta), data are sent cyclically or if the value of the
parameter delta is exceeded.
13.7.6 Parameter Offset and Preset
The parameter offset is overwritten when the preset function is triggered. For preset
function, see section 13.1. A preset can be triggered with the "Class Instance Editor":
 Description: Set single Attribute
 Class: 65
 Instance: 1
 >Execute< message: Execution was completed.
