he heating process after switching on the device takes approx. 60 minutes at an
external temperature of –30 °C.

Transferring the device from a cold to a warm area can cause condensation to
form on the front screen. When this occurs, the scanner displays Í “Front screen
contaminated” and or . In this case, a warm-up phase of up to three
hours is recommended to allow the device to reach the ambient temperature.

The LEDs and 7-segment display signal the operational status of the device. They are
