The following connections are available for redundancy communication:
● For OS servers and SIMATIC Route Control:
Null-modem cable to COM interface or network cable (cross-over cable) to an additional
Ethernet network adapter.
● With BATCH servers:
Network cable (cross-over cable) to an additional Ethernet network adapter.
If using a PC as a BATCH server, this is the only type of redundancy connection permitted!
