3.2.3 Inserting the SD card
Requirement
1. The battery of the tablet is removed.
2. Flip the tablet over and set it down on a soft surface with the rear side facing up.
Inserting the SD card
An optional microSD card increases the memory capacity of your tablet by up to 2 TB.
1. Open the protective cover on the microSD slot by pulling out the retainer.
2. Slide the microSD card into the slot with the contacts facing down (see figure).
3. Gently press the card again so that it is fully seated in the slot.
4. Close the protective cover.
5. Reinsert the rechargeable battery.
Removing a microSD card
For memory expansion, an extended period of non-use, or replacement, remove the microSD
card as follows:
1. Open the protective cover on the microSD slot by pulling out the retainer.
2. Briefly press against the microSD card to release it, and then pull it out all the way.
3. Reinsert the rechargeable battery.
