7.1 Open firmware selection menu
Procedure
1. Switch on the device or restart the device.
2. Immediately after switching on the device, press the <Esc> key on the connected keyboard
and hold it down. Or you can press "F2" button on the back of the device immediately after
switching on the device.
The "Main Page" with the options of the firmware selection menu is open.
Firmware selection menu
The number of available options in the firmware selection menu depends on your device
version.
The following options are available:
Option
Function
Continue
Exit firmware selection menu and continue the boot proce-
dure.
Boot Manager
Specify the boot media from which to start, for example:
• Windows Boot Manager
• EFI HTTP [IPv6]
• EFI HTTP [IPv4]
• EFI PXE 0 for IPv6
• EFI PXE 0 for IPv4
Device Manager
TLS Certificate
Manager
Import or delete certificates for TLS processing.
RAM Disk Configu-
ration
Add or remove RAM disks.
Driver Health
Manager
List all driver health instances.
Network Device
List
Select the network device according to the MAC address.
Boot From File
Boot from a file or device.
Administer Secure Boot
Configure device startup in "Secure Boot Modus". Software
modules will be loaded only when they are recognized by
the BIOS or the operating system as safe.
Setup Utility
Start firmware configuration menu.
