Elements that are being used cannot be deleted
You can only delete an element (signal, text, user, recipient group, event, action) if the
element is unused.
If the element is used, e.g. a user
in a recipient group or a signal in an event, you cannot
delete the element.
Monitoring of a LOGO! BM
The section on Monitoring (Page 94) explains the following:
● How you monitor certain values of the BM.
● How you define an action depending on the change to a value (event), e.g. sending an
SMS message to a configured phone number, e.g. an alarm message.
● How you create recipients and recipient groups.
● How you notify a specific recipient or recipient group using freely created SMS message
texts if certain events occur.
Procedure for configuring monitoring
The example (Page 114) illustrates how you can configure monitoring quickly.
1. You first define events, actions and recipients separately.
2. You then link the events, actions and recipients as required in a list.
