Change group
1. In the list, select the row with the group you want to modify.
The selected group is displayed under "Change group".
2. You can now change the name and description.
– By selecting check boxes in the lower part of the page, you add new users.
– By deselecting check boxes in the lower part of the page, you remove users from the
group.
3. If you click the "Apply" button, the settings you have made are adopted.
Your changes are adopted and displayed in the list.
Delete group
Note
Elements that are being used cannot be deleted
You can only delete an element (signal, text, user, recipient group, event, action) if the
element is unused.
If the element is used, e.g. a user in a recipient group or
a signal in an event, you cannot
delete the element.
1. In the list, select the row with the group you want to delete.
2. Click the "Delete" button.
The group is deleted and removed from the list.
