Description
To restart the device, the buttons on this page provide you with the following options:
• Restart
Click this button to restart the system. You must confirm the restart in a dialog box.
During a restart, the device is reinitialized, the internal firmware is reloaded, and the
device runs a self-test. The settings of the start configuration are retained, e.g. the IP
address of the device. The learned entries in the address table are deleted. You can
leave the browser window open while the device restarts. After the restart you will
need to log in again.
• Restore Memory Defaults and Restart
Click this button to restore the factory defaults of the device with the exception of the
following parameters and to restart the device:
– IP addresses
– Subnet mask
– IP address of the default gateway
– DHCP client ID
– DHCP
– System name
– System location
– System contact
– Mode of the device
– Login text
• Restore Factory Defaults and Restart
Click this button to restore the factory defaults for the configuration. The protected
defaults are also reset.
An automatic restart is triggered.
Note
By resetting to the factory configuration settings, the device loses the IP address.
This must then be reassigned.

Specify the time after which the device restarts.
