C230-2 in STOP This LED indicates that no user program is running. The
technology packages are not active.
The time from when the “STOP” operating mode is selected
until this operating mode has been attained is indicated by the
LED flashing.
An overall reset request is indicated by slow flashing (see Sec-
tion 8.5).

All LEDs light up briefly while the C230-2 is ramping up.
