High temperature analyzer modules
The high-temperature analyzer modules OXYMAT 7 and ULTRAMAT 7 are designed solely for
wall-mounted devices and due to their size can only be mounted singly. A high-temperature
analyzer module covers both slots (AM1 and AM2). The layout of the gas connections for high-
temperature device versions is described in the section "Gas connections at the device
(Page95)".
