On the input/ output module(s) I/O-1 the voltage rating of the integrated power supply
(according to Table 8-2), the quiescent state of the life-contact (according to
Table 8-3) and the operating voltage of the binary inputs BI1 to BI8, BI9 to BI16 and
BI17 to BI24 (according to Table 8-5) can be selected.
The allocation of the binary inputs to the module slots is shown in Figure 8-7 for de-
vices with housing size

The jumper X71 must be set to “H” on the module in the left hand side slot 19 and to
“L” on the module in the right hand side slot 19.
