10.1 Aftersales procedure and contact

Whenrequestingassistanceunderwarrantymakesure
thatthegeneratoridentificationdataisonhandincluding
itsserialnumberandproductionorderasshownonthe

WheneveranySincromachinemalfunctions,theclient
isinvitedtocontactour“Assistance Service”bycalling
0039 0444 747700.
If the decision is made to return the product, we will
provide you with an “Authorized Material Return”
(RMA) number that must be included in the delivery
documentthataccompanymaterial.
Products that have been returned without following
the procedure above will be returned to sender.
Inordertoobtaincoverageunderwarranty,Sincromust
be contacted exclusively by its authorized dealers or
byits direct customers.Requestsfor repairs received
directlyfromfinaluserclientswillbeconsideredoutside
the terms of warranty coverage. Prior to performing
repair,anestimationwillbeprovidedandauthorization
must be received from the authorized dealer before
proceedingwiththerepair.
10.2 Shipment
Allproductstoberepairedareshippedattheriskand
expense ofthe client regardless of whether warranty
coveragewillbeclaimedornot.Theclientmustmake
surethatthemachinessentforrepairareingoodorder
and clean. We recommend returning the products in
adequate packaging that ensures protection against
impact.
11. WARRANTY
Sincroguaranteestheownalternatorsforaperiodof:
• 18monthsstartingfromtheinvoicedate
or
• 12monthsstartingfromtherststartup
whicheveroccursrst.
We confirm that warranty is directed only to Sincro
customerstowhichwerespond.Sincro does not grant
warrantytothosewhohavenotdirectlypurchasedthe
productfromthefactory,inspiteofthepossessionofit.
Within the above mentioned terms, Sincro commits
itself to supplyfree ofcharge thosespare parts that,
accordingtoitsjudgmentortotheoneofanauthorized
representative,appearwithmanufacturingormaterial
defectsor,alwaystoitsjudgment,todirectlyorthrough
an authorized center carry out the repairing without
undertakingtransportcosts.
Weanyhowexcludeformsofresponsibilityorobligation
for other costs, damages and direct or indirect loss
causedbytotalorpartialusageorimpossibleusageof
theproducts.
Therepairingorthesubstitutionwillnotextendorrenew
thewarrantyduration.
Warrantywillnotbegranted:wheneverbreak-downsor
problemsmayappearbecauseoflackofexperience,
usage over the nominal performances, if the product
had been modified or should return incomplete,
disassembledorwithmodifiednameplatedata.
