Note
- For WEP, the 64-bit or 128-bit WEP encryption key is used.
WPA/WPA2:
Enter the WPA key. If a connection is successfully made, wireless network setting is complete.
Note
- Just as with WEP, WPA uses TKIP (Temporal Key Integrity Protocol) and AES(Advanced
Encryption Standard) for data encryption.
Enterprise WPA/Enterprise WPA2 (Wireless IEEE802.1x&EAP):
In the case of enterprise WPA/enterprise WPA2, for user authentication, you must enter the user ID
and password. See Entering Wireless Security Password and follow the LCD message to enter
the user ID and password. If a connection is successfully made, wireless network setting is complete.
Entering Wireless Security Password
Enter the IP according to the procedures below;
When the password window appears, enter the password to access the wireless AP.
When characters (upper case English, lower case English, numbers, or symbols) appear by pressing
【◀】or【▶】, enter the OK button to input.
To enter text, use the number keypad. Press number keys repeatedly to change
number to upper case -> lower case -> “ ”.
Use arrows to enter symbols. Use 【◀】,【▶】 to select a symbol on the control panel and press OK.
To see symbols on the next page, use , arrow keys.
To modify a value, press [Clear/
] button to erase previous value.
Repeat and to enter the wireless AP password.
After entering the password to the last digit, press the 【◀】,【▶】 button to connect with the selected SSID.
To cancel input, press the
button. You will go to the upper menu.
Caution
- For your convenience, each password character is displayed. Be careful not to expose the wireless AP
password to others.
