8.1 Filling the lubricant reservoir
NOTICE
Do not fill the reservoir of the 40PGA
pump using a pneumatic filling device due
to high output and pressure.
Clean the filling connector fil-
ter regularly and replace when
necessary.
To avoid air bubbles in the reser-
voir, pump gently when filling the
reservoir.
CAUTION
Lubricant
Make sure there are no lubricant
leaks in the device. Leaked lubri-
cant is a slip-and-fall hazard.
When conducting installation,
maintenance or repairs on the
centralised lubrication system,
make sure there are no lubricant
leaks.
Repair any leaks immediately.
