13. Shutdown, decommissioning and disposal
13.1 Temporary shutdown
To temporarily shut down the system:
○ Switch off the machine in which the pro-
duct is installed.
○ Disconnect the product from the power
supply.
13.2 Final decommissioning
When decommissioning the machine, follow
the applicable rules and regulations on dis-
posal of lubricants and parts contaminated
with lubricant.
13.3 Disposal
Used equipment filled with
lubricant must be decom-
missioned and disposed of
in accordance with national
legislation and the procedures
indicated in this operating and
service manual.
Electrical components must
be disposed of or recycled in
accordance with the WEEE di-
rective (2012/19/EU).
Parts made of plastic or metal
can be disposed of as commer-
cial waste.
